2. Services Provided
KINTARI AI provides AI-powered communication automation tools, including but not limited to AI voice assistants, omni-channel chat support, appointment booking automation, CRM integrations, and lead management solutions.
3. Setup & Onboarding
All plans include setup within 72 business hours from onboarding completion. Setup fees apply based on the selected plan, with promotional discounts available during limited periods.
4. Subscription & Billing
All services are billed on a monthly or custom enterprise basis. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Cancelations must be requested in writing 7 days before the next billing cycle.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Setup fees are non-refundable. Subscription fees may be refundable only within the first 7 days of service activation if no AI services were deployed. Custom or enterprise plans are not eligible for refunds.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to business assets and respond to onboarding requests promptly to ensure timely setup. You are responsible for any content, messaging scripts, or contact data shared with KINTARI AI.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use KINTARI AI to send spam, violate data privacy laws, mislead users, or engage in unlawful behavior. Violations will result in suspension or termination without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and platform functionality are the intellectual property of KINTARI AI and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
KINTARI AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services. We do not guarantee specific business results or revenue increases.
